Preheat oven to 180ºC (160ºC fan/gas mk 4). Rub with oil and season. Place breasts in a roasting tin in the centre of the oven for 15-20 minutes, until throughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Rest for 5 minutes.
Wash hands, knives & surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw chicken. Filleting removes all major bones, but some small bones may remain.
Keep refrigerated 0-5ºC.
Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.

Cooking instructions: Roast in a preheated oven at 180*C for about 1 hour, until the meat starts to shrink back along the bones. Remove when tender and thoroughly cooked.

Cooking instructions: To slow cook, preheat oven to 170*c (150 fan). Toss in seasoned flour, fry in an oven-proof pan until well browned. Add vegetables, stir and pour in a good beef stock and a splash of wine. Cover well and oven cook for 2.5hrs+. After 3-4 hours, the meat will yield easily from the bone and break into the sauce. Check to top up the liquid during cooking.
Storage: Refrigerate 0 – 5*C.
Good to freeze: freeze on day of delivery and defrost before use
